Yohji Yamamoto and his Collections

Yohji Yamamoto plays with contrasts between matte and glossy, narrow waist and wide, black and white. Short, stiff jackets are worn with long chiffon skirts. Following the same example, there is the suit on one half of rough leather and other clean-cut wool. The layer aspect shows a rigid and irregular appearance, while combining the surface lightness and precision. The designer has worked on the building materials in volume on the hips of skirts and the sections of the jackets. Dive shades exactly in the middle of the show: a dress with a blue back, a pink leather jacket and even a green chiffon gown. The two clutches, one sees in the show were created in collaboration with Hermes.
